Suffering

I am still suffering this dreadful cold and upper respiratory infection. I am going to try and rest for a day or so, but I promise that I will post a few amazing profiles this week, including one that I am really excited to share with all of you. I'll give you a hint...her initials are IH.

  5. I find that occillococinum is the best, if you can get some, it will help tons. Feel better.

  10. I do remember your "hot toddy" post.
My mother-in-law always uses that old fashioned remedy to "kick" it out of your system.
A wee bit of scotch...I think I feel a cold coming on.

  15. "All the best" for a speedy recovery (I usually have those things in the fall and they could be very debilitating but they suddenly go away and then I appreciate even more my health)

  17. oh no, you too ? seems a lot of people have this one in NYC now.
take it easy, I had this one for two weeks now, tried to do it without antibiotics, had to give in and take them in the end. started with a itchy troat and dry cough, now its a full blown sinus infection.
I should have stayed in bed more.
