DOXA - An All the Best Exclusive
Professional, talented, spirited and extraordinary are just a few of the words that are repeatedly used to describe Jaime Rogers. Hailed as one of Florida's growing young talents, Jamie is the lead designer and owner of Doxa Design Group — a full-service design firm and online retail boutique.
Every time I visit doxahome.com I am thrilled by the amazing, carefully edited collection of home furnishings and décor. Each item is personally sourced from talented American and European artisans. Jamie’s trained eye and attention to details is apparent in every object on the doxahome.com website.
Always one step ahead of the curve Jamie also offers Online Design as an alternative service for do-it-yourself custom designed spaces. A great option for clients who want to be involved in the labor and don’t mind DYI—regardless of where you live.
Jamie has graciously offered a complimentary online room design ($895-$1150 value) and a $350 gift certificate from their online retail boutique for one lucky All the Best reader!
To enter this wonderful giveaway, simply go to doxahome.com and select your favorite item, then make note of that item in the comment section of this post on All the Best (by March 12, 2010). I have included my favorite item from the website, as well as images of Jamie’s beautiful work.
Additionally, all readers will receive 20% off all purchases through March 11, 2010. Just use the code ATB20 at checkout. The winner of the complimentary online room design and $350 gift certificate will be announced on March 15, 2010. No purchase necessary to enter or win.

ReplyDeleteI know you only asked for ONE favorite, but I couldn't pick just ONE. Here we go:
The regency wave cabinet
The Murano Leaf Chandelier
Eglomise bed

oh, and the aqua glass lamp!
* WHAT a GLORIOUS set of pics to wake up to (besides the huz n' the dawg, of COURSE!)!!!~~~ It's all so clean, uncluttered and sophisticatedly uncomplicated!!!
ReplyDeleteI DO have an "issue", however~~~~~~ how do I pick WHICH I reeeeeally love BEST, and/or COULD TRULY "use"?...
They are:
The Stirrup Detail BOX COLLECTION (Mmmmmm.....YUMMMY!),
The Josie CLUB CHAIR (stunning, IMHO!)
and/or the SOFA w/ the "carved stretcher" (Ohhhhhh, how I love that!), would ALL "work" for me & put a huuuuuuge GG ("grin of gratefulness") on my face & in my heart!
Either way, LUCKY WINNER!
THANK YOU for your generosity, & the opportunity to enter! Wow!!!
Best,
Linda in AZ *

How cool! What an awesome giveaway! I adore the Southampton chandelier, but the Belgium linen daybed takes first place. Beautiful things.
ReplyDeleteThis is an amazing giveaway and I love Doxa Home. It was really hard to pick just one, but I love the Parson Wood Stool. It is so cute! I love everything on her site!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the chance to enter!

It was so difficult to pick one thing as my favorite, but I loved the French Book Collection (both sets are beautiful). Thanks for offering this fantastic give-away!
ReplyDeleteThis giveaway is AMAZING!!! And so is Doxa Home! I definitely bookmarked it for future shopping. :)
ReplyDeleteI can't pick just one item I love, but the first thing that jumped out to me was the Classic Club Chair - love the shape and the nailheads, and it looks super comfy.
Thanks Ronda!!!
Thank you for introducing me to Doxa Home. I love the Madeira desk in black, among many other things!
ReplyDeleteJaime is such a talented girl! And generous too! I am loving the Concave Sputnik Chandelier, and all of the Sunburst Mirrors, if I had to limit myself.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fantastic giveaway! I think my favorite piece would have to be the Rebecca Lounge Chair. I've been looking for a chaise just like it.
ReplyDeleteI just got lost on their website because there are so many lovely things there! I think I'm going to have to go back after work to poke around some more. My favorite item thus far: the Gesso French Chandelier. It's substantial and delicate at the same time. I love it!
ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, so many things to chosse from! My favorite thing is the Seaglass French Chandelier!
ReplyDeleteWow, talk about seriously drool-factor! Doxa Home has such beautiful things! I love all of the lighting pieces... chandeliers and wall sconces in particular. Beautiful.
ReplyDeleteWow..thank you for introducing to Doxa!! I love the spoked mirror, or the starburst mirror. But everything is drool-worthy!!
ReplyDeleteWhat's not to like? My goodness, everything is simply exquisite! I'll take 1 or 2 or each! ;) But the coffee table from the Aluminum Tuffet Collection is calling my name! Swoon!!!!!!!!
ReplyDeletewho can pick just one?! i love the bratt lounge chair. so deco in it's lines....love it! feminine in the lines of the arms but masculine enough in scale that it would fit a man!
ReplyDeleteSOME GIVEAWAY.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the info.

I really like the triple glass china cabinet. I think I might even want a couple of them. They make me happy!
ReplyDeleteExciting giveaway!! I'm a sucker for unique and colorful lamps. But I do LOVE the Tiffany chest!

Wow!
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful furniture. My favorite doxahome.com piece is the LOUIS LOUIS SOFA. This was definite eye candy. Thanks for such a wonderful offer.
Jen
Wonderful post as always, Ronda! Jaime's work is lovely and what an amazing collection she carries!! Whoa!! The two seat library sofa is right at the top of my list. Thank you. BTW, where in Florida is Jaime located?
ReplyDeleteOh, the Burlap French chair with the black finish, please!
ReplyDeleteI could easily drop $100,000 if I had it to spend. I love both French & English design...so there are many pieces I love.
ReplyDeleteSo, I decided to pick a piece that would fit into my home right now, and that I haven't seen a similar piece before. The Bronson Side Table would blend beautifully in my living room with British Colonial overtones and its International infusion.
But, then there is my fantasy piece! The Pagoda Breakfront is just breath-taking to me.
Interestingly, I have a male/female pair of the Maxwell Harem Lamp. Mine are from the 1940s with very unique original shades. I found them on Ebay about four years ago for $50. Lucky find for me.
Love the website.
A beautiful site to bookmark indeed! My favorite is the Jackson Sofa, followed by the Charles Sofa.
ReplyDeleteI'll be back many times.
How to choose? I'm in the market for lighting right now so I had to start there to help narrow my favorites! The mouth blown pendants are cool, I love that they don't obstruct the view but still offer the flair!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great new website to add to my bookmarks. All of the lighting is wonderful, but the Lustre Cummulus Fixture would make for sweet dreams in a master bedroom. Preferably mine!
ReplyDeleteSo excited about the giveaway! However do I pick just one? So many gorgeous pieces! I think if I had to pick just one piece then it would have to be the 18th Century Commode. I have always dreamed of having a big piece such as that to use as my bedside table and that one would be just perfect!
ReplyDeleteThanks again! I'm keeping my fingers crossed!
Love Jaime and Doxa Home!!!
ReplyDeletexo,
cristin
This is an amazing opportunity.. what a sweet gesture.. although I love the French books; my favourite is the Blue and White Dragon Lamp.
ReplyDeletePresently, I am decorating my new kitchen and my eye went right to the Doxa black fabric pendant lamp that would be perfect hanging over my kitchen table. Very chic, chic!
ReplyDeleteI'm admiring DOXA's streamlined vertical bookcase in which to display my interior design books...
ReplyDeleteThanks much,
Catherine
I could furnish my entire house through Doxa! I could go for a set of colonial bamboo side chairs! Or the Simone armchair in Tweed. This site is a bookmarked!
ReplyDeleteThere are so many good things! So happy to be introduced to this site. If I had to choose just one it would probably be the antiqued bronze finished chandelier. Thanks for the chance.

Wonderful site! Thank you for sharing!
ReplyDeleteHmm I am in need of a new pendant in my dining area off my kitchen, I think the Nickel Drum Pendant would be so chic in the room with my turquoise painted and grasscloth covered walls.

Really I could pick everything!
I love everything I see from DOXA. The rooms are so calm but not boring! My fav item is the Macassar and Marble coctail table. It is the perfect meld of modern and classic...would look great in my living room! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteJaime hands down will be one to watch in 2010. As if her talents are not enough; she is genuine, caring and I suspect fiercely devoted to her clients and friends.
ReplyDeleteAs one knows her site is loaded with so many fabulous furnishings and accessories it's torture to have to pick but here goes;
**Antiqued Bronze Finished Chandelier
Thank you Jaime and thank you Ronda!
Wow, what an amazing turn out! Thank you so much Ronda and to everyone who has commented, it is really interesting to see what items your readers are attracted to! I must say, you have quite a sophisticated following;) And to Deb of Dumbwit Tellher...Windsor Smith's office inquired about that very piece today so you are in good company my dear...but who would have expected anything but;)
ReplyDeleteBesos,
Jaime
Everything on that website, narrowed down, french settee, thanks mary
ReplyDeleteThe DOXA HOME website, it is amazing. I wish to enter! There wasn't much of anything I didn't adore on the site, but mostly what intriqued me was to see an American made category which you don't see often any more. I loved the entire site, most especially the sofas and chandeliers.
ReplyDeleteWell I could pick a very pricey object as my favorite thing to try and win this contest...but I think because of my current life situation keeping it simple is key ...so my fav item...
ReplyDeleteAqua Snakeskin Pillow
I love the French Sofa - so pretty for a livingroom.
ReplyDeleteThe hand hammered queen bed!

Absolutely the Edison Candelier!
ReplyDeleteDifficult choice...I love many of Jaime's choices but I would point to the "Belgian linen slipcovered daybed".
ReplyDeleteThanks Ronda.
