Lynn Von Kersting

photos Traditional Homes March 2003, photography Jon Jensen

I receive more emails and hits to my blog regarding designer Lynn Von Kersting than any other topic or designer. Perhaps it's because so little is published about the California based designer. If you have done a google search, then you know what I'm talking about.

As I was sorting through my files and tear sheets this weekend I came across her work in a past issue of Traditional Homes. If you find more of her work, please let me know. You can also order her book La Strada della Dolce Vita via her shop, Indigo Seas, in Los Angeles (310) 550-8758. The cost of the book is $68 and is more of a lavish stylebook than a decorating book, but beautiful nonetheless.

I adore Lynn's work and crave to see more of it. Such an interesting mix of things that seem to tell a story.

I adore Lynn and her shop, Indigo Seas! Lynn is actually one of the first that many copied and then tweaked to their own style.

Also, do you have Google Reader or Feedburner? YOu probably need to get those and they will help get your feed out there! I can help somewhat if you need it.

I have been wanting to get that book La Strada della Dolce Vita...if for nothing else that it sounds so wonderful saying those words.
