I am smitten with the work of artist Zoë Pawlak. Zoë has shown in Korea, the USA, Mexico and all over Canada. Her most recent work has included landscape and abstraction. Currently Zoë is working on commissioned pieces for several interior designers, including the wonderful Chloe Warner. She is represented by Canvas Gallery in Toronto.

i love these! the first two works are gorgeous.
Zoë Pawlak has a great eye for color and perspective. I enjoy her work.
Wow - what wonderful work.Love the second one with that glorious pink! Beautiful landscapes.
Ronda, I love Zoe's works of art. They remind me of some of my pieces, with the bright color blocks and low horizon lines. Very nice! I also like to use a combination of brush and palette knife technique.
There is something very nostalgic about these pieces. I can see them in a very modern and minimal home and yet I can see them in a more traditional home as well. Great Art can transcend different design styles..
Thanks for another great post!
I adore those last two...something sort of lonesome but beautiful about them.
These are gorgeous!
Love modern and maybe I'm not as skilled as some, because I do like when its recognizable and not just abstract. What amazing talent she has! The color combinations are stunning.
Capturing landscapes in a few brush strokes, ah, delightfully simple, yet I know as an artist these must take an enormous amount of restrain and hard work to capture that time and place.
These are wonderful, big splashes of color that I just love. I was not familiar with her work at all, so many thanks for the tip!
Hope the rest of your week is glorious,
tp
LOVE these! Do you know her?? Do you know her price range?? The color would be great in my projects!!!
Adore the pink landscape. And the 4th, the green and blue foreground are nice.
These paintings remind me of the old masters, and the way they used paint...also Emily Carr's style is so similar.
It's simple, distilled, but muddy...love her work...
these are breathe taking!
